Support & Counselling Programs
PCHS provides culturally responsive confidential, one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to individual needs. Our sessions use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy which help support clients in developing coping strategies, improving mental well-being, and building resilience.
Mental Health Support
- Offers education, awareness, and early intervention for mental health concerns in a culturally relevant way.
- Provides therapeutic groups, workshops, and wellness activities that respect cultural values and reduce stigma.
- Support groups are available for men, women as well as mixed groups

Addiction Support
- Supports individuals and families struggling with substance use and behavioral addictions through culturally sensitive care.
- Offers counseling, relapse prevention strategies, and psycho-education to individuals and families.
- Connects clients to treatment, recovery programs, and peer support networks.
- In addition to one-on-one therapy sessions, support is provided through psychoeducational and relapse prevention support groups
