Emotion (Anger) Management Group

Our Emotion Management Group is designed to help individuals build a deeper understanding of their emotions and learn practical strategies to manage them in healthy, constructive ways. Many people experience challenges with stress, frustration, sadness, or anxiety, and we recognize that cultural expectations and lived experiences can also shape how emotions are expressed and understood. This group provides tools to navigate those feelings with confidence and resilience, while honoring our cultural background.

In a supportive and judgment-free space, participants will have the opportunity to:

Explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and cultural influences.
Learn practical techniques to regulate emotions and cope with stress.
Strengthen communication and relationship skills within their families and communities.
Share experiences and find encouragement in a safe, inclusive group setting.
By fostering both skill-building and community connection, the program not only helps participants manage emotions but also creates a sense of belonging.
